3. Orders and Specifications
3.1 All Goods are subject to availability and acceptance of your order.
3.2 No order is accepted until confirmed in writing by the Artist (Order Confirmation).
3.3 Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance. Minor variations may occur, especially for handmade or original artworks.
3.4 If the Artist cannot fulfil an order for reasons beyond their control, you will receive a full refund. This will be considered full settlement of the matter.
4. Price and Payment
4.1 Prices are listed on the website and include VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods provided on the website.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery details will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation.
5.2 Delivery dates are estimates only. The Artist is not liable for delays outside their control.
5.3 You must inspect Goods upon delivery. If damage is visible, you should refuse delivery and allow the courier to return the item.
5.4 If you fail to take delivery, the Artist may store the Goods and charge reasonable storage costs, or resell the Goods and charge any shortfall.
6. Risk and Ownership
6.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6.2 Ownership passes only when full payment has been received.
7. Liability
7.1 The Artist must be notified in writing of any defects within seven days of delivery or discovery.
7.2 For valid claims, the Artist may replace the Goods or refund the Price. No further liability will apply.
7.3 The Artist is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside their control (e.g., strikes, power failures, extreme weather).
7.4 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Cancellations and Returns
11.1 Faulty Goods
You may cancel an order for faulty Goods. The Artist may attempt repair or replacement where appropriate.
11.2 Non‑Faulty Returns
Unless faulty, returns are not accepted for:
Commissioned or personalised artworks
Items where hygiene or safety seals are broken
Goods that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
11.3 Return Conditions
Returned items must be in original packaging and unused (unless faulty).
Return postage for non‑faulty items is your responsibility.
For faulty items, return postage will be reimbursed (standard postal rates only).
