I am an Artist working with acrylic paint in the heart of the UK. My favourite time of day is 'anytime' when I am painting, studying the work of the great masters, or just exploring a new painting technique, method or approach.
I have drawn and painted, experimenting with various mediums for as long as i can remember however, I have now focused in on, and just love the effects and brushwork of Painting Acrylic Art.

I use graphite for preliminary sketches & drawings, which work well together with acrylic paint for both my underpainting and final brushwork.

(It also enables me to deliver a quick turn-around from 'order welcome to your art delivery', by side stepping the extended 'drying times' associated with many oil painting studies.)

I enjoy working with people & animals alike and enjoy the fun of bringing them to life in 'real life' situations [at a Wedding, Party, Function, Birthday event, Holiday, during a Special moment etc.]
I look to the great masters for technique and style, and I particularly like the work of the great artist John Singer Sargent whose brushwork

Many of my pieces are directly influenced by ’real life' experiences, and I love recreating this in my work. I aim to 'Paint' whereby there is an 'immediate recognition' of the subject. (I do not attempt to perfectly match the ref. photo /image)
