Privacy Policy

We accept that any electronic or hard copy images provided by the Client for use as part of a commission, will remain the property of the Client at all times. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure no infringement of copyright, and that they have permission from the relevant parties to proceed where required.

All parties accept that until a commission has been paid for in full, the painting remains the sole property of GJohn Art and it remains under GJohn Art copyright at all times. Once payment has been received in full, then said ownership of the painting as outlined within the initial commission agreement passes across to the Client, and GJohn Art have no copyright moving forward.

GJohn Art may request permission from the Client to use an image of a painting, or painting process, as part of future marketing campaigns &/or exhibitions. (This would of course only be at the Clients discretion.)
